  • How do I book?

    A $250 deposit secures your date. For larger events, a 20% deposit is required. Deposits are non refundable. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Terms and Conditions

Payment

A non refundable $250 deposit is required at booking. For larger events, a 20% deposit may apply. The remaining balance is due no later than the event date.


Accepted payments: Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle.


Cancellation

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event will receive a refund minus the deposit if paid in full.


Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit all payments made.


Weather

Drake’s Barbecue Company is not responsible for weather related changes. Clients must provide a covered or indoor backup option.


If the event is canceled due to weather without prior arrangements, no refund will be issued.


Food Quality

All food is prepared fresh and handled according to safety standards. Once food is delivered or served, we are not responsible for food held beyond recommended service times:


• 2 hours hot
• 1 hour cold

Liability

Drake’s Barbecue Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage once food has been delivered or served.
